Small Business Counseling and Education

Northern Arizona
Northern Arizona SCORE offers face-to-face and other confidential business no-charge counseling services throughout the northern counties of the state - Yavapai, Coconino, Apache, Navajo, and the upper half of Gila. The major cities served include Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Flagstaff, Sedona, Oak Creek, Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Camp Verde, Williams, Ash Fork, Payson, Cornville and many other nearby communities. As an additional small business service, Northern Arizona SCORE offers workshops on a number of business subjects at various locations in this area.
The chapter, founded in 1984, has assisted over 5000 small business clients with SCORE COUNSELING, SCORE WORKSHOPS, and financing assistance through SBA LOAN GUARANTEES. Counseling and workshops are delivered by approximately 30 experienced volunteer counselors dedicated to meeting the needs of small business start-ups, expansions, and problem solving. Workshops generally have a modest fee, confidential counseling is offered at no cost.
The office is open and staffed by a counselor Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm except national holidays.
